I am a huge astronomy, space, physics, and astrophysics guy. I also study the birth of our universe (the Big Bang), anthropology and evolution. I would be best described a science hobbyist.

Many cant grasp just how big the universe really is, and how small and insignificant we (Earth) really is. Our little blue marble, is a small rock, revolving around an average star...our solar system, residing in an average galaxy.

Here is the infamous Hubble Ultra-deep field galaxy shot from 2004. they pointed Hubble at an insignificant part of the sky, and captured 10,000 galaxies!

The field of view you ask? Now get this...equal to a dime held at arms length!

    We are not alone people.

I actually own a meteorite. This ia a 128.4 gram specimen from the observed Sikhote-Alin strike from Feb. 24th, 1947.

The feeling of touching/holding a rock not of this world, and from space, is awesome.
