I always hated the way the Coleman stoves worked (having to keep the tank pressurized with the little hand pump). The last few years I camped, I switched to a brand new butane stove. So much easier.

 

If you have it still for the next meet between east bay and south bay, I'll pick it up then, if someone else takes it first, no worries.

I have one of those too, I think even a bit older. Like a suitcase. I have no need for it anymore, and it takes up a of of space, but it reminds me of childhood camping...works great, but you have to soak the leather plunger cup on the pump with fuel if you haven't used it in a long time.

I've had my eye on it for a while but he was asking a lot at first. Now that he lowered the price to something better I'm not looking for one.

 

I offered him $1000 no tent he said yes. I'll be only 20 minutes from him tomorrow I may check it out if I have time

 

I saw this on 101 right by hopland few months ago. Stopped and checked it out. Looked pretty nice. I believe he was asking quite a bit more at that time. A grand seems like a pretty good deal! Good luck
