It would be a good idea to go to truecar.com and get a certificate that guarantees you a discount off the MSRP. At least this way you have some type of leverage. True car will give you a list of Dealerships that will honor their certificate. Be careful cause the only difference between a dealer and a thief is the ski mask. The sales person will say something like well the vehicle on your certificate is an "imaginary vehicle ", your come back should be then give me this certificates discount and apply it to a real truck. They will play ball. One more piece of advice is to get your own financing before you approach the dealers. try to walk in their with a draft check or some kind of pre -approved certificate from a lending institution. This way you control ,how much your gonna spend not the finance officer, who wouldn't know a mud guard from a bag of crap unless it had dollar signs all over it.Lastly get everything you want on the truck SPELLED OUT on the purchase order and Bill of Sale . For example Don't settle for bs wording like alloy wheels have them spell out the brand , size of the tire and wheel. Good luck. Blue Trucks the dealer usually saves for the big$$$ paying customers.

Try Truecar .com its free and hit the dealer for whatever you can. The dealer probably paid 10 K less then the MSRP , he gives the sales person about 3k to play with of the MSRP, this way his sales person gets commission if he keeps you within, o a higher price than 3k and the customer feels he's getting a deal if he gets it close to or at the MSRP. Meawhile dealer can't lose.

Hey guys get as much out of these crooks as possible. Dealer ain't gonna give you squat if he doesn't have to. Another thing you should know no dealership is gonna sell you a base model. There is no money in it for them if they were to do that . The vehicle will always have some kinda package. That's why you should go in there with a true car certificate and pre approved funds. They make a big deal about voiding the warranty if you do after market work. So buy the product from them and install it yourself. If your not yhat handy buy their product and have an ASE TECH install it Still cheaper than dealer. Most electrical products are clip ons and come with instructions. ( no Brainer stuff girls& boys ) Toyota not gonna make something that completed to slow down their techs. Why should you pay 2.9% interest for next five years for an alarm system , Plus the install price. The protection gear for the truck is all nuts and bolts. Pretty hard to void warranty on that unless you grossly screw it up.
