Is there any proof that it was the driver doing the snapchat or did he mean he was driving like an idiot for someone else to get a snapchat of him. me and my buddies do that all the time, take snapchats of each other jumping dirtbikes, doing donuts, ect. Just trying to make him look a little less stupid lol

From your build thread, it looks like you removed the "sport" from your taco a long time ago.

so why didn't the dealership fix your truck? Or did you take the cash instead of getting it fixed?

No, this was pretty fucked. IIRC, there was a thread on this with pics. Frame was toast, suspension was toast. Truck was totaled.

His mom and him told the insurance company he ran off the road or something and he was bragging about how he got a huge paycheck from the insurance and used it to buy a new Tacoma (which also got totaled IIRC). Long story short, someone alerted his insurance to the thread and he got in some hot water.

Didn't see the hole or the bumper bent till I got home. Fought with them for months, guy who drove was brand new worker. Dealer denied any further requests and any work. Now I go to Centennial for everything.

I am an adjuster... If I were inspecting this truck, it would be a total. We write up rollovers as obvious totals, usually don't even write an estimate. The truck will need every panel on the side its laying replaced, roof replaced and pillars replaced. If you have 3 or more pillars crushed, there really isn't a good way to get it repaired as there is nothing good to reference on the truck. It's not just sheet metal, those pillars are usualy 3 layers (not sure on this 16 as I have never seen a break-down on it. If we didn't total it, we'd be dealing with this truck forever due to endless rework issues even from a good shop.

Also, in TX we dont' have any exclusion for non-pulic roads... I know, I crushed a rocker and damaged a bedside on a trail. I was completely honest about how I caused the damage and my insurance paid to repair it.

So, not all insurance companies are the same but, whats a normal policy on covering a vehicle damaged during recreational use in a place such as sand dunes? Surely the insurance company would not pay to cover vehicle damage.
