    I get some little should cramps when doing overhead press. My forearm is in line w/my elbow and they go straight up and down w/a full range of controlled motion.

    Am I doing something wrong or is it just natural since the shoulder is rotated or am I just out of shape?

    elbows should be slightly infront of the shoulder when doing a press. other than that just make sure u have active shoulders at the top (externaly rotate, and think about putting your shoulders in your ear) i get some pain when i press but i have a shoulder issue. u could just have some tendonitis/inflammation bothering you tho also.
