    Anyone know if there will be a meet anytime soon? I don't know if the Trident meet ever happened but I need to meet more Tucson peeps. Maybe a day run on the lemon or out in redington? Anybody ever do the full loop through Bellota ranch off redington road?

    Masters in Systems Engineering, I'm on the final approach, 1 class left after this semester and working professional equivalent to a "thesis"; I'm really looking forward to next year! Lots of camping and trips being planned!

    Dang that's awesome! Good luck on finishing up, it seems like you'll be in the final stretch beginning in the new year.

    I'm currently finishing my bachelor's in Natural Resources with an emphasis on Fisheries Management and Conservation at the end of this semester. Then I'll be starting right back up in January at the U of A again. I applied for, was offered, and officially accepted an M.S. Assistantship with one of the leading fisheries biologist in the nation. It'll be using underwater HD videography of desert fishes to educate the public about them. Couldn't be more excited!

    I just asked this in the AZBS thread but I figured it would be more effective here as you all are in my area, so I'm sorry if you read it twice.

    Does anyone near me (Tucson, Sahuarita, Marana, etc) have a fishing boat I can borrow on Saturday? I know it is a lot to ask and understand if no one is willing. I am coordinating an artificial fish habitat construction project for Sahuarita Lake on this Saturday, Oct 24th. The boat that the city of Sahuarita has is too small (it's more like a kayak) and the AZGFD boats in my region are currently in the shop and are expected to be done by the end of this week, but it's a risky game. We simply need a boat to deploy the habitats once we make them. If anyone can lend a boat to me, or even if you have a boat and want to come out and help, please let me know!
