I've searched all the forum and wasn't able to find the answer I was looking for.

I was given a pair of 5100s and 880s. Is there any set up with these to that I could achieve 3" lift or will I need spacers?

The 880s on the Middle Setting is ok to do, and will be around 2.5" of lift.

Yes, the Dakars will provide just a little bit of rake.

Weld on sliders, fiberglass shell, 12k winch in an Elite Offroad bumper, front Aussie Lunchbox
I put a set of 880s an a 2.7l and it was right at 3". Then a plate bumper and winch later I moved up to the middle setting on the 5100s.
