    Well.... stupid long story. Accidentally stabbed myself with a pair of scissors last year. Once the bone popped out I knew I was in trouble. Still only have about 40% movement in my thumb and no feeling on the side. I don't have any pictures of the burns I suffered on the job or sticking a nail completely through my wrist.

    After the scissor story, that reminded me of this one.
    So, the wife told me I needed to sweep the back yard. Of course, being the gentleman I am I replied “yes hun” as I tossed my beers in the fridge. It was Friday night and I was about to rip into a twelve pack of Sierra Nevada. I walked outside and grabed the broom and started sweeping. My wife had come outside and sat down and we were chatting back and forth.
    The broom had a hollow metal handle, but was pretty sturdy. The handle snapped on one half and created a “pincher” which pinched the top of my ring finger. This is a finger that I had pulled off when I was younger and is mostly scar tissue. I just thought it had pinched me, and was putting pressure on my finger tip. Once I felt it getting warm I knew it was more than a pinch.
    The Urgent Care wanted to stitch it, but I told them stitches were for girls! Where’s the super glue I asked?! Final product, disgusting. I enjoyed tapping it on the desk during meetings and seeing peoples responses.
