Question on the center hoop of the front bumper.. What's the difference when measuring the facing plate (where the front cut out is for light bar) and the outside of the center hoop? As if you took a long level vertical on the outside of the center hoop, leveled it, and measured back to the bumper plate. And what's the diameter of the pipe for the hoop, 1.5"? Thanx

I love my KMF prerunner style tiregate, but hats off to the Pelfreybilt high clearance swing-out bumper shown here on @mh.meier 's truck! Definitely would go this route if I had to do it all over again

So random question for you fine folks:
What did you do with your stock bumper? I still have mine, but I was looking at it and I have 0 plans for it ever being remounted to the truck. Maybe if I ever decide to sell (most likely won't, but you never know). Just seems like a waste for something that "I might use someday". *cough.. Hoarder!

I sold mine (front and rear) to pay for more Pelfreybilt stuff :notsure:

There was no turning back once I drove my truck off the lot, so I had no need for them!

I still have all my stock bumpers hoarded at my house. The only reason I could think of was if I ever had to remove my Pelfrey bumpers if I got into an accident or if I wanted to take them off to re-finish them. I could re-install the stock bumpers and still use the truck.

I agree with both of you guys. That's why I wasn't sure. I have a bunch of stock parts at home that I don't plan on using and they're piling up. But my @Pelfreybilt bumper will never leave me! Guess its time for a good old fashioned TW garage sale! And on the plus side: more Poway steel!

Mine got scraped by the shop, would've spent more money in gas to drive it to the scrap yard
