Did your 16 come with a case for your manuals?
Mine come with a rubberband. For $30k+ I would think they would have supplied a nice case to put the books in like every other vehical. My 2011 Tundra had a case.
Just curious?

Case for manuals is a nicety, but the dollars spent at the dealership have little to do with ten cent plastic flaps and more to do with the actual vehicle.

Ask your dealer for one, if you want one.. they're the ones who gave you a rubber band.

 

It might be a dealer thing. I know my 2013 came with a shitty case with my dealers name on it.

 

I am getting a case and the owner of the dealership is sending his wife over to give me a happy ending.

 

I got a plastic case, it's definitely a dealership thing, their advertisement is all over it.

its called the "DK" option also know as the owners portfolio. and as a side note, the "DK" option is standard option code across all models I believe.

unless its added when you option it out, it wont come with it. look on the master option thread. its listed.

Yeah, not complainin', it's definitely sufficient for what it is and as often as it'll get used considering I also have an electronic copy of the main manual.

My 11 and 13 came with really nice cases.

 

When bought my '15 in January they didn't come with any thing. The sales man said they stopped making them . So I bought a nice leather Toyota one on eBay.

 

If you didn't get the manual case, I'm going to assume that you also did not get the lifetime supply of Grey Poupon?

This is also the truck where mudflaps are now a dealer option, too, is that right?

 

Small dealer pleather case enough to fit 2 of the damn near 6 manuals we received. I'll be ordering a nice one on Ebay.

 

Aw fuck man I thought it WAS leather - I think the one I got is leather... yeah just like the seats. Looks REAL nice sitting in its holder in the glovey!!
