because of his parking, the red truck had to park on the line, too.

Poor planning on your part. Carry your handi-capped card with you just like you carry your license to drive.

I'd like to see you say this to a cop as he writes you a bank-breaking ticket for parking like you do at times.... "Got a problem with that?" Let's see how well that works for you.

damn, why didn't think of that. I'll just carry that 4" x9" hard plastic card around in my pocket every where I go. Oh yeah, I can't hardly even use my pockets and have a hard time carrying just about anything. Thanks for the advice Mr. Expert on living with a disability. Sometimes I admit I feel like a complete retard when I forget stuff, but then idiots like you make ignorant comments and remind me how stupid some people are and I don't feel so bad. Shit happens, you never go somewhere and realize you forgot something?

How hard is it to fight a parking ticket when you bring your placard to the court?

it'll be thrown out. Hell, it took me a year and a half to even get one after my accident. Then, when they did finally send me one, it was a temporary disability placard. the parking placard system sucks. Also, unless it happens to be city/municipal owned, it up to the property owners to complain, that's why there is so little enforcement.

To be perfectly honest with you, I'm sorry you have a disability, I wouldn't want that for me, but I'm not even close to being an idiot or stupid... just sayin'. ;)

Friendly tip... tuck you'r 4"x9" card into your wheelchair, that way you won't "forget your placard all the time".

    Have a nice day :)

Dude, I'm a disabled vet and Texas is kind enough to give me a placard for each car. How about that? Problem solved.

or it just falls out on the ground and the homies can use it when they go to walmart. I said I have for
Illinois doesn't. when it expires you send the old one in and wait for the new one to mailed back, so you park without a placard for a while. Every state is different. I traveled to about every state and Illinois is by far the worst for handicap parking. It's funny, you notice places like Walmart, every spot is always taken, but you go to a public lot owned by the city, the handicap spots are always open because they enforce the spots there.
