    I was promised it would all be finally done and shipped by the 15th ; instead I received a picture of my driver's side light assembled (but still needing to be aimed?? ) - same side as instagram photo from Oct 6th.
    Was told that week, and then on the 16th they were "good to go" with shipping on Monday the 19th - still waiting...
    Haven't seen any passenger side shots for anyone's 2nd gen murano build yet.

    Money sent February 28th. Was told 4-6 weeks. On October 4th I received an email from Burt stating they had fixed an issue with the muranos and we're working to get all murano orders out. October 8th I send an email confirming that he still has my final order (few small changes were made 2 weeks after money was sent) never heard back. October 14th I send an email requesting final confirmation again and just letting him know how much I appreciate being blown off. Nothing crazy just letting him know it's not cool. Now on the 16th I get an email saying all issues have been fixed, he's throwing on shrouds with halo's (didn't order any halos) and that he would send me some pics and updates this weekend. Well its Tuesday now. No pictures. Maybe it's still his weekend? :confused:

    Was told to pay half immediately and last half when he sends me an email saying they were done. Then after receiving that he ships. I offered numerous times to finish the bill but never received a response.

    It is. I didn't blow up his email or texter because I know how custom work go's. He would respond to an email or text up until August. In all of August, September and October I have received 2 brief emails. Not 1 pic of any part of my project. Just sucks when you have expectations based off tons of awesome reviews and he won't even keep you in the loop.
