    Think it's a limited..it was a 2000 though. Is yours a 4th gen? If so, sounds like the 4Runner version of ATRAC.

    its a 3rd gen. 2001. and it is only on the rear of the vehicle.

    It's mainly up front. Sorry, my thoughts are really, really organized in my noggin but not so much once they reach the finger tips. All squeaking is up front. Hoping it is simply suspension and not ball joints....

    have you checked to see if your lower ball joints are bad? the 3rd gens are notorious for failing LBJs

    Hard to tell from the pics where it's leaking but a bad bearing will eat the seal. It's a terrible
    Job because the bearing needs to be cut off and pressed on. I would advise you to pull the shaft and take it to a bearing and machine shop to pop the new one on. Other than the bearing it's as simple as the four nuts on the back and disconnecting the brake line. The deal however is straight forward.

    I actually watched a video over this, it's real easy once you and the video described it. And I will take it to a bearing machine shop just like you said. Thank you very much this is going to be cheaper project than I thought.
