Carmax with the lowball, damn. Usually they're pretty good on theirs. I might have to hit up Ourisman and see what they offer. I wont take below 28 for mine, I will walk. hoping for 28500 tho. Im planning to go in on the last day of the month, since my truck wont be here until about then, that way they will be scrambling to make the sale. Lustine offered 1500 below invoice on the last day of september for any vehicle on their lot. I asked if it was invoice or MSRP and they assured me it was invoice

Same here, but I would need to get 30k for it to be worth it. That tax credit is a nice incentive to trade it in. For some reason some douche flagged my ad, even tho its been up there for a month. Ive gotta repost it. KBB on mine is around $30,500, people keep offering 27 and getting all butt hurt when I tell them no...dealerships pay that and I get almost 2k in tax credit

I hope I can get what I want. I don't want to have to come out of pocket very much, because it will stall my lift tires and wheels

HAHAHA "The Craigslist". perfect. Yea man I havent driven in 3 years, so this truck is a huge gift to myself, for making it through the longest period of my life ever. I have to finance about 90% of it. Which is fine.

I can finance all of it. But I don't need 2 trucks. Nor do I need to pay insurance on something that is sitting. And I don't want to finance all of it

Same here, Im tempted to pay it off like I did my last one, but that bit me in the ass in hindsight. Bought a house and wouldve loved to refinance my truck to get some extra cash for house repairs. 1.49% is way better than the 4.625% mortgage

Haha, I figured once I dropped that bomb someone would say something, About 3 1/2 years ago I got my 3rd DUI in 10 years, and in VA that isnt looked at very well, sooooo, yea that put me out for 3 years. But ya know 3 years later, life is very different and it was all for the better. I get my license back on the 26th of this month and i cant frickin wait.

I wish i was in a position where i didnt need to finance most of it but, that isnt the case, and it will only better my credit so whatever.

Haha oh yea? Who do you work for? Im in the same boat, have to report any minor infractions. Well speeding tickets over $300 I think. I love my 2014. I told myself I was gonna keep it for the long run, then they went and added a moonroof to the 2016. I do a lot of mountain biking so I am always getting in the truck soaked in sweat, its a pain to open the back window on a DC so a moonroof would make my life that much better. Plus there have been way too many instances where I cant fit things in the short bed. Tailgate open even for my mountain bike if I want to leave the front wheel on

Might want to update your signature, if you can get the Taco on the 31st the odds will be in your favor for making the absolute best deal possible. I know dealers always push near the end of the month. Especially on the last day. If you really want to be an ass you could show up an hour before closing lol, but seriously, just because you placed a deposit doesnt mean it is sold already, you can still deal right until you sign and drive away

Update my signature? to what? Yea that is very true, I know the end of the month is in my benefit for sure, If i can even get another $1k off that would be sweet or ya know through in some other perks, accessories or something. We shall see but, I know that I am gonna make them still work a bit. No doubt.

There's a white trd sport dclb with towing and premium tech package, all weather package, wheel locks, etc sitting on the lot at Rosner of Stafford right now for 38k.

Rosner also works with USAA, so you can register on their site and get a hell of a deal.

    Ask for Sean Davis!

When I talked to Rosner via TrueCar from penfed (same as usaa) they told me they were not giving much of a discount because it is such a hot commodity. They quoted me 37,140 plus freight ($900). That's $38,040. Msrp is $38,220, that's not what I call a hell of a deal
