One thing I like about these is they don't look like they affect ground clearance

Not to beat a dead horse, but just get a good set of bolt on sliders. You wont regret it.

Bolt on no drilling. Perfect fit. Only tool I used was a 13mm socket

Oh come on! You guys hardly get winter over there in Toronto! Minus 5 and one mm of snow - better shut down the city! :p

-45 with the wind chill lmao
good majority of february with all the severe cold I dont even go to work, car doesn't start :( joys of diesel.

and dude...way people drive here, you think snow is bad? a drizzle and suddenly everyone feels the need to do 60km on the highways, and the second someone taps their brakes...everyone needs to slam on their brakes.

Its ridiculous. but come on we get more than a mm. Not to mention our city sucks and doesn't plow shit.

No, they bolt into the body not the frame. I don't rock crawl so they work for me

I disliked my tube steps. Replaced them with these NFab step rails. Love them. This pic makes them look a bit skinny but they're beefy enough for me.10533452_1241319805910252_1791899395432669764_n.jpg

Lol just joshing, but seriously? I thought the great Lakes or some crap kept you warmer over there. The wind in this place is crazy, half the time I'm getting sandblasted walking between my car and work (to think what that must do to my car, yikes!).

I know your pain there, one minute I'm slowed by car afraid of the rain, and the next a semi blows by me on a single lane in a blizzard with zero visibility!

I thought all your woes were supposed to be fixed when you nixed the Crack head?

No instead the lakes give us a lake effect and pour snow on us lol.

Dude our city was in better shape with the crack head instead of our current piece of shit mayor

    Ahh... even worse.

I've heard that before too, but at least your provincial government makes up for it... ;)

Cool. Thanks for the photo. Man, that reminds me of what's soon to come. Another month and we could have snow like that sitting on our trucks again!

What brand topper is that? Can you access tools from the side windows? Whats the max load capacity for the top rack?

Does anyone know where you can get bolt on sliders for the 2016s and which manufacturers do you recommend? I'm new to TW and this is my first Tacoma.
