What's funny is that he has said that both the Packers and Saints should have won more Superbowls and criticized both teams' management and coaches for their defenses declining in the years following their Superbowl wins.

I can only laugh at Seahawks fans. Their team won one Superbowl, and suddenly they thought they had everything figured out about how championship teams are built and managed. On another forum I frequent, in the weeks following the Seahawks' Superbowl win, a Hawks fan was talking about Wilson getting a thumb ring before his career is over. LMFAO!

 

Forgot to mention that I went to this past game againt the Ravens and got the VIP treatment in a suite. Everything paid for. It was by far one of the best experiences in my life.

 

Close but no.. the Seahawks have a GM, Coach and QB in place that they can and have won with. SF does not have any of those 3.

 

Hate to side with the enemy, but it's true. At least we have better fans

 

Though the general premise is correct I never said exactly that about the Saints and the Packers. I have criticized them for not winning another SB. With the Saints I think their win was fluky, very emotional driven which is what it took for a soft team to win. For the Packers I have criticized their inability to give Aaron Rodgers a defense.

If the Seahawks don't win another SB I will criticize them for not being able to keep it together. I think, if you look at the Patriots, you have to have the ability to re-tool quickly and on the fly. Win a SB, spend a year or two re-tooling and then go for it again. The Packers should have done it again by now, the Saints didn't stand a chance.

I guess if my team is 2 and 4, I should jump off the Golden Gate. If the Hawks are 2 and 4 they are eminently superior.

I mean FFS, I didn't say a thing about "your team." you said both teams are 2-4 and whined about how they are perceived different. By whom? You? That's what I assumed and so I told you why they should be perceived as different.

Other than to toss mud you missed my point. You can remain positive about the Hawks, but Niner fans should just hang it up? I thought Az was going to run away with the division, but now its wide open. Any given Sunday, we don't know what will happen.

I didn't say these things but I will agree that that seems to be the "national perspective." If you tell me you've given up on your team I'll laugh your ass right out of this thread especially considering all of the shit "bandwagon" Seahawks fans get.

 

Seahwaks fans get trashed on for being bandwagon jumpers because of all the fans that came out of nowhere when they began playing well. Happens with every team that hasn't played well for numerous years. Imagine if a team like the Chargers won the SB this year... you'd get all sorts of guys who'd come out of nowhere cheering for them. Some 49er fans would probably start following them since their team sucks D) and the biggest thing is that you can ask a lot (not all obviously) of "die hard" fans in Seattle about the team before their recent emergence and they wouldn't know much... For example not a ton of Hawk fans probably know about how well they played when they had Shaun Alexander and Matt Hasselbeck in the mid 2000's.

Don't flame. Just stating the truth. I've been a loyal fan of Denver since back around 2004/2005 when I started watching football and I know a lot of the "fans" don't know about all of the great bananadead QB's in between Elway and Manning... Kyle Orton, Brady Quin, Tim Tebow, Jay Cutler, Jake Plummer way back when who was actually decent, and then Griese.

 

Jackson is fine, Lynch is fine. Reports of drag racing while probable are not fact.

Also, nothing illegal on Lynch's or Jackson's part about leaving. If there are no injuries or property damage you do not have to stay at the scene. I know this because I was a firefighter for many years and we dealt with rural calls all the time of drunk people putting their car into a ditch and calling someone to come pick them up. No DUI because you can't prove they were intoxicated at the time and the police can't do anything about you leaving the scene if there is no property dmg/injury. A stop sign does not count towards property damage, it is only personal property.
