Got my alignment done last week. I had them out it back on the rack because there was no caster readout in my paper. It drives better, but still a little squirrrely at highway speeds. Below is my printout: by the way, had to take off my 1" wheel adapters due to some serious rubbing which I did not have before.

If I was aligning it, I would move toe closer to 0 or even a hair negative. And camber closer to 0.0 to -0.1. Positive toe (toe'd out) will cause a very twitchy ride at highway speed.

Confused.... So I had intentions of going back and having the toe adjusted, but ended up having to go out of town on business. After 3+ hours on the highway, I'm like "I need to fix this sh*t!"

I go to an alignment shop and give the tech the run down and tell him I would like the toe at 0, the camber at 0, and the caster above 2; if he could. I told him I understood he would be limited due to my OEM UCA's..

After about 35 min he came and told me he was fighting with the caster because it was WAY off.

I was confused, because 5 days ago my caster wasn't THAT bad. So when he wraps it up and gets me the print out, I was bummed because my toe was the same and I was thinking that was causing the issues, but when I saw where my Caster was, I was like WTF! I'll post the before and after, but can anyone tell me: 1) Could my tires be out of balance that bad that they could throw the alignment off or no chance? I mean it's not like I was having a lot of shakes and shudders. It was just hard to keep it between the lines. Thank goodness it was 6am on a weekday, I know I had to look drunk. 2) can those techs put whatever numbers they want on the printout? If you remember first go around there were no caster read outs and I made them put it back on the rack to get it adjusted, specifically for caster. This guy today had to fight to get it on and I'm wondering if the guy that originally aligned it didn't feel like messing with it and just put whatever numbers he wanted? To sum this rant up, I drove off with the specs listed below and although they weren't perfect it drove SO much better. Thoughts?

How do these tires do in sand? I got stuck this weekend in my stock tires. Made it into my camping site but got stuck on the way out. Running a 2012 Prerunner stock suspension and planning to run 265/70/17

If the sand is loose you may want a significantly wider tire. So far, my experience in sand has been that these tires are adequate.

Did you air down at all?

I've had very good results with these tires on sand. The side wall tread is a great attribute over stock tires to get you through some situations that would normally give you trouble. I drive on the beach at least once a week and have 255/80/17s. There is a myth that you need wide tires to drive on the sand, but all you really need is good sand driving tendencies. I live near a state park that allows beach driving and at certain times there's 1000+ people there, all kinds of rigs with all kinds of tires, some get around fine and some get stuck. In my personal experience these tires have performed great on and off road especially in sand, and from other reviews in this thread there has been great success no matter what size you decide on. For me I plan on getting the Maxxs again and again.
