    I ordered FX-R's

I sent my heads to him in August. Just over here patiently waiting. I know the outcome is gonna be better than having them done by anyone else so I'm not stressing. It would be nice to get an update on the process and a possible ETA though.

I think we'll get our lights. It looks like he's still doing his thing because he'll throw some pics up on instagram every so often. It's his communication AFTER a deposit or arrangement that's been so poor. His emails are very brief. Seems like he is just stupid busy and could probably use some good pr help.

Let's hope so. There is nothing more frustrating then trying to communicate with someone who simply ignores you.

Lets be honest here. How long could it possibly take someone accomplished to knock out a set of lights? A few hours? A day or two? It's pretty telling that he hasn't been in this thread forever.

I've seen this time and time again on various forums. Someone gets overwhelmed with their success, starts over promising, spending the deposits as they come in and then it all just snowballs until they implode. Typically you have no recourse because it's been so long since you sent the deposit that even if you were smart and used a credit card through PayPal the window has closed.

Anyone on the deposit list, good luck. Anyone still planning on giving this guy cash, you know what they say about a fool and his money.

Hmm after looking through his instagram, it looks like Burt is not the only one running it. I see @RAD 's truck on there all the time. Rad happens to be a vendor here for ambiguous/rechelon/aesthetics. This may help, it may not. I hope you guys get it sorted out!

A lot of negativity going on. Burt is a pretty stand up guy I bought three sets from him already. No issues here he'll come through I know last time he went MIA he was dealing with a relatives death or some one got sick I don't remember that well but he came back and everyone got their lights

I don't know if you want anyone just banging out your lights. I've had my retros from Burt for over a year and a half now and they're great.

It comes down to honesty and communication.

Had we been told 6-9months rather than 4-6week, then that would have been a different situation.
Being told for months "this week", compounds it.

Not having any communication - while seeing announcements of new promotional ventures and the delivery of those promotional products while we are still waiting really rubs salt in the wound.

Then seeing pictures of new modifications to his rig - while being told that our order is getting "undivided attention " rubs even more salt in the wound.

Everyone expects him to have his own life, so some of the above wouldn't really be an issue - if there was honesty and communication. It's the bedrock of a business, if one expects to stay in business.
