One of life's many tests, reading all the way through a TW thread. Or, reading a more current post in said thread, which is directing you straight to the OP's thread guidelines... :lalala:

Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.
There should be a warranty page shipped with each Light. If you received one of our new retail packages (box with red label) and it didn't come with one, I'm going to have to hang my 6yo from his toes (he's my packaging department).

Warranty for all non-Beta Anti-Dark products is 2 years. Does not cover installation, unless one of us installed it.

why not across the top and a little down the sides? Most LED strips are flexible, so why not just sell a longer version?

Just wanted to share a quick story that again reminds me how useful AD hood lights are:
I'm the only official mechanic for the time being for my family and extended family (little brother that shares this responsibility with me is currently overseas defending our freedom).:oldglory::infantry: I get a call from my mother-in-law and she's panicked because her car is "giving her grief". Poor little lady has no one else to rely on for this so I'm up. I get off work at 6 pm and make it to her place by 7 which is already dark during this time of the year. Long story short, I spent 2 and a half hours under the hood of her car messing with the wiring all while holding a flashlight in various awkward positions and a few times in my teeth while I drooled all over the damn thing. Car got fixed, but the whole time all I could think was "this is a job for Anti-Dark!" I was looking at her hood and was already picking out where i would mount the lights. I had to open the hood of my truck just so I could stare in awe and wonderment at the LED glory. Thanks again guys.

And to touch on recent events:
Yes, one strip of light is more than enough light under the hood. I've changed my oil and installed and wired my blue sea fuse block using only AD light and never had an issue. I mean, c'mon guys, these aren't meant to be rock lights or ricer neon that is going to be on all the time. There is another vendor that sells kits with strips on either side of the hood also, but really, it's overkill in my opinion. But if you want it, go for it- it's your truck and you can completely cover it in lights if you well please. To each his own.

The AD guys here are stand-up guys and will get back to everyone in due time. They have not abandoned us or left anyone behind. With all the goings on at the Anti-Dark corporate offices and becoming official, they've been more than up front about possible delays in service and the pause in the group buy. Every member has their personal life outside of TW and these guys are no different. We all have responsibilities but I can assure you that you'll be taken care of, just need to be patient.

    That is all for now.

Would it be possible to have this operated by the hood switch AND my sPod?

That was my original thought. I'm willing to pay a little extra support a vendor/small business on here if they have a quality product and good customer service.

Shouldn't be too hard if you know anything about wiring.
You can either run a parallel switch by tapping (not splicing) into the NEGATIVE side, or you can run a series switch by splicing (not tapping) into the positive side. If the sPod does not allow assigning the switch as negative control, then you will only be able to run a series (override) switch.
