Set me up for one for sure. Pipe insulation is so haggard right now.

Anybody know the bolt size that fits the empty nut under the roof tracks?

If you are talking about the factory nuts welded into the roof it is a 6mmx1.00 thread. For my rack I use a 55mm length to pass through the rack foot, spacer and have enough thread to grip into the nut.

Yes they are included. Everything you need to mount and assemble. Guessing the other guy was installing something else.

Ok, getting ready to remove the weather strip to punch the hole. Ran into these situation and wonder if anyone had the similar issue like mine. If so, did you sniff a few small piece off so the it will fit the screw? I was surprise after peeling off the tape and found these holes are not exactly align for the screw to go in. I guess i can sniff/chip off a small piece at a time in order to fit the screw, but just to see if anyone ran into this issue.

@DoorDing, as you can see the pics, there is no way the screw can be installed. Maybe grinding??? Just want to see what others encounter when they did their install.

Yeah, that is the ultimate solution. Just slow it down the install. Surprised on Toyota QC.

Got the Cab-rack this afternoon. Package (heavy!) made it to Ontario Canada via USPS and Canada Post unmolested and intact.. install dependent on weather either next few weekends, or next spring.

    Thanks.

You guys should consider installing the pipe insulation UNDERNEATH the deflector, along with some clear bra to keep the paint from scratching...
