So the regional manager that said he would call me no later than Thursday didn't call so I called him this morning and he said he was just now looking at the email I sent Monday

Regional Mgr,,, you will never see him/her,,, ever. But you're still thinking wrong. This conversation needs to happen outside the office, on the sales floor or in the waiting area. You'd be surprised how helpful they get when there are other customers in earshot.

Dude, sometimes you have to be an asshole and say enough is enough. It's time for a face to face confrontation and not leave until you get what you want. Make a scene if it leads to that. If you guys wanna come up here be my guest. The issue isn't 100% with the dealership. A lot of my issue is with the regional manager and I will never see him face to face. I called 2 lawyers yesterday and no one wanted to handle the case....
