    18 miles on a bike is a good workout :D I used to do that... or 9 - 14 miles on roller blades.

    Yeah, it was good :D The wind was blowing against us the way down the island... behind us on the way back. Tons of resistance makes for sore legs :)

    Mike bought me a new set of skates and I still haven't had a chance to use them :(

    I remember one ride I took... ... took me like 45 minutes to go the one direction - into the wind and about 10 minutes on the way back

    I'd rather go into the wind on the way out and with the wind on the way back... :D
