I am torn between plati dipping my emblems or not simply because of the chrome rear bumper. I am not sure if it will look good or not. Anyone on here plasti dipped their emblems black with a chrome rear bumper? Lets see some pics! I know it is removable but I dont want to spend the time taping up and peeling it out if it will look bad. Thanks!! 20151023_211923.jpg

I have thought about that as well but I dont think that will look good until it has a lift and new wheels and tires on it. I just dont want it to look like a stripped down 4 cylinder.

    nothing cool
Nobody here has ever dipped their emblems and left their bumper chrome. (Sarcasm). Do it man. It's quick and super easy. You really can't mess it up and even if you did WD40 takes it off instantly. Or just do one side and see if you like it.

I dipped mine anthracite color. It was black prior to that. Not much of a difference.

Haha!! I appreciate the offer but I think i'll sacrifice the speed gain and keep the Yeti lol. If you were to look inside of it though you would see that it is still full of papers from the information packet they give you when you buy one. It's been back there since I bought the truck two months ago. Honestly, I had an idea that I wanted to always have ice cold drinks within reach buuuutttt I have yet to put the first bit of ice in her. Maybe when summer rolls around again, I will use it.
