SEC 178 Games
ACC 207 Games

So when I look at the numbers.. what I see is that the PAC-10 as a whole sucks seeing as they are 35 games behind the SEC and 64 Games behind the ACC in appearences.

The SEC and ACC might have worst overall records but it you do a little research you will see each of these Conf. send more teams to bowl games each year, and typically these teams get put up against the few "good" teams from the other Conf.

The Pac-10 tends to send 2-3 teams each year where as the SEC and ACC send 6-8 teams a year to bowl games.

More teams = better Conf... More games played = higher chance of losing more.

im not saying the 6 or 7 win teams that make a bowl game from the ACC or SEC are better than 2 teams from the Pac 10.. but they are a hell of alot better than the 4 or 5 win non bowl teams that make up the rest of the pac 10.


In the End the Pac 10 and the Big Ten are garbage conf. that tend to have 1 or 2 good teams each year and the rest of the teams are just filler.

I know the ACC hasnt been that good this year.. but they have better teams overall than Pac 10.

and if you traded the top 2 teams from the pac10 to the SEC for any 2 teams.. those 2 PAC10 teams would be lucky to go 3-3 against SEC in Conf games.

This year is the only time i can remember in the past 5 years or so that the Pac 10 has had this many teams ranked at this point in the season
