    Yes I have & I'm sure that butts are covered. While a recommendation is in order....there is no way to know if the bearing would fail 2 blocks away or 200 miles away. Still legally inspected, ect.

    You don't mean to imply the truly clueless, who hear a noise & ignore it till something breaks (it always made that noise) aren't going to be criminally liable for an accident. Some of the post were far fetched and most likely from a different state.
