    You have squelch adjustment with that right turn knob. These units are good when you can see the vehicle BUT loose out when distance increases....

    Those having problems with your antennas,have you thought about mag mounts for part time use....
    Con and I had a pair of Wilson Lil' Wils that traveled well up and down the 95 corridor;
    Basically the ONLY antenna allowed on her Camrys and Lexus.
    They worked great and took all of 2 minutes to pull off the trunk and roof while stopped,then prop back up when your ride continues and storage inside the trunk took less space than an umbrella...
    Another asset to these,once you set the swr on that vehicle, these do not need to be touched again :thumbsup:
