99% of 35's will stick outside the fenders. My 285's stick out a little and I have 4.5" BS and 0 offset..

After looking at NYCO and Alex's setup the Bushwackers might help out a pinch. It's not much, but it's better.

Sweet setup man. Your suspension setup is kinda what I've been thinking of when I get to that point.

TW is a vicious cycle. All the other members builds have spawned ideas that emptied my wallet now I'm just returning the favor  And speaking of vicious cycles, get out that BFH! Time to start clearing.

I also had America's/Discount Tire price match 4WP AND take off a few bucks on top of that. MTR's seem to have gone up in price. I hope you were able to get a good deal.

haha, one step at a time.

Thanks man, it sure took me awhile to figure out which route to go. Let me know if you have any questions etc.

Nail on the head. No complaints, without the help of all you guys I'd be dead broke blindly throwing money around learning what works and what doesn't the hard way. An array of hammers, the sawzall, and a grinder are ready to go. Now to find this stuff called 'free time' and get at it.

The MTR's are sure spendy, have yet to find them under $310/each. I already had return credit with DiscountTire so the upgrade from Ko2's wasn't that bad.

Thanks to you I finally bit the bullet and ordered the 14" #700 kings coils for my fox DSC's. You convinced me!!!! So now that they are on their way...... What did you set the pre-set at with these coils to give you the lift you got? And what was the amount of lift after it settled?

Right on man, I'm still at 6 or so threads showing and have yet to compensate for tacolean. I'd suggest dialing in more preload than I did while you have them in the spring compressor, then reduce preload to desired height once they're installed. These are beefy springs and unless you have a good spanner it's a pain to crank them down to gain the lift you're looking for. I've yet to remeasure since they've been on but I'll check that out tonight.

Awesome! I got an arb from a fellow member for a killer price so I will be installing that with these coils. I don't have skids and to be honest I don't know if I will ever get any because I don't know if I will need them. But out of curiosity if I do get them what do you suggest I set them at so I don't have to crank them down again? Maybe 10 threads?

Hey Ryan, so it looks like the King 700's settled about half an inch leaving me with 2.5" of front suspension lift. That's with the steel plate Pelfrey 3hoop bumper and bamf sliders and 6threads showing. (Do note I don't have the fox 'backup' ring and only have a preload ring) If you have the backup take that into consideration when measuring preload against mine. Once the skids and winch are on I'll have to crank the coils to get the nose back up, then fingers crossed the pelfrey rear bumper will drop the tail to even out my dragster esque rake. 10 threads would put you in decent starting spot, but depending on which leaf pack you're running, how much weight you haul on the daily, etc. will all play into that.

Since upgrading to the honeycomb grille this one had been collecting dust. Had a few hours to spare so I set off on satoshi project. First layer of glass was messy, need to do another pass in the morning.

I'm actually running the all pro expos. Without weight it rides at 4 inches of lift. So hopefully the 10 threads will even it out up front as I like the height I got out of it In the rear.

Watch your cv angles though, without any skids it'll be riding high so 10 threads may be to much.

Thanks man! I can't believe this year is almost over, big plans ahead. Thought I'd be further along but overall I'm happy with the progress, just need to get those rear shocks on more than anything.
Driving this bounce house down the freeway gets a tad ridiculous... :bikewhoops:

I have a few things I need to do to mine as well. It really is a never ending battle.
