Yeah we need upstanding dudes like Lynch...revoked license in 2008 for hit and run, Dui in 2012 pled to reckless driving, still drag racing
Bruce Irvin, PED abuse, ejected from Superbowl for punching Gronk
Derrick Coleman, Hit and run, just reinstated by team because Carroll feels "We feel like were doing the right thing, right now"

You make extremely bad comparisons my friend, first off your team of felons leads the league in arrests and suspensions over the last 3-4 years. Twelve since 2012. Second place isn't even close. 12. Twelve. You got that right? 12.

Derrick Coleman: Any reference to this at this point is bullshit, you don't know a thing about what you're talking about. The officers did not have him tested him for a head injury and his hearing aids batteries were failing. We'll see what happens.

The Seahawks cleaned house. Everyone except Irvin who was found guilty of PED/Drug use is off the team. Irvin will be gone this off season. Anyone who has been arrested, except Lynch, is off the team. As much as you don't like it, the Seahawks front office addressed the issues and cleaned it up. You shrink down the timeframe to the last 3 years and the Seahawks will be at the bottom of the list in all categories. 90% of all arrests/drugs were pre Carroll/Schneider.

You should avoid all conversations about arrests man, you just can't go there...

To be fair, Sherman should be listed as an exception. He got off on bullshit and you fucking well know it, as does he.

And I respect the shit out of his play. He doesn't bather me in the least with his brashness and attitude. But the no-PED thing is bullshit in his case.

If I was randomly tested at my work for drug use and after I peed in the cup and handed it back to the collector it started leaking, and the collector picked up another dirty cup and placed my sample inside the dirty cup.... I would fight the hell out of that. A lot of people don't know the cup the collector used was dirty. The cups some sealed in plastic containers to ensure they are sterile. The collector didn't want to waste time for a new cup and picked up a dirty cup and put Sherman's sample in the dirty cup. NOBODY beats the NFL in suspensions for PED use. Sherman did because the collector recorded the mistake and fessed up.

"Not a league that allows a tester to mix urine samples. A tester with a history of errors. Has has had to have 6 other tests thrown out and he has only been testing 6months."

"Cook (collector) testified that he had never before encountered a leaking cup. Cook later contradicted himself, taking the position that the leakage “did not rise to the level of — of it being a big deal and having to include it [in] the report.” Wallace disagreed with Cook’s assessment: “Insuring that the sample is collected properly is the cornerstone of the program and when an event occurs that does not happen routinely or that the collector has never experienced while collecting the sample it is incumbent on the collector to note what happened.”

    ...

It's those details that have me not including Sherman.

On another note, I actually wish he would bring back some of the brashness and attitude... they are missing some of their nastiness and trash talking. There are players, teams, that can't be at their best if they're not talking. Gary Payton, Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, Karl Malone .. those guys elevated their game when they talked. We see it in basketball players all the time due to the 1 on 1 nature. Some positions in football are very 1 on 1.

See Andre Johnson and Cortland Innigan ;)

I love his attitude, personally. The only time I ain't rootin' for him is when he's playing against my Packers.

I am well aware of the circumstances of his test and how it got bumped. The test collector fucked up. No question on that part.

But back when this whole thing started, the first couple of interviews he did about it....you could see it in his face. Plain as day. He pissed dirty and he knew it. In time (and not a lot of it either) he changed his word choices just a wee bit and started working the 'bad collection' angle and got the delivery down. But at first? You to totally see it on his face.

Two idiots released by the Niners account for 6 of that total, an unfortunate stat under Harbaugh and Baalke. Lynch is a star, that's why his arrest for DUI in Oakland went away to a reckless driving charge and six weeks of DUI school. As far as Coleman, we'll see what the lawyers spin on that one. Vehicular assault/ hit and run isn't a light weight charge. If he "fell asleep at the wheel" that doesn't exonerate him. As far as arrests, this is the NFL. We both know there will be more. If you want to cherry pick 3 year time frames, knock yourself out.
