Bought Bright Ass LEDs one bulb has a flicker, trying to get in touch with them to send it back. Filled out the form and waiting for the return number. It has been about a month, and still no response. Tried calling the number just leaving messages, no answer. Anyone else having any problems with their customer service?

First month of ownership... This month I'm removing front air dam, and also Rhino lining the bed.
I've got KC and they have been super responsive to me over the years. Currently using their HID product sine LED is so new and untested. But I feel for you guys. Sucks to do business with a company that leaves you high and dry. Obviously their product was crap and they sold out and ran. Ouch!

Man that bites big time, getting taken like that!

I sure hope y'all get your money back or at least a replacement/fix, but then again, if you bought them at a very cheap price, well then that should have been a red flag warning right there, you pay cheap-you get cheap.

Wasn't that cheap IMO, I paid $260.00 for headlights and fog lights.
