I was looking for a set in this size and since Discount Tire Direct didn't offer their $100 off $400 purchase on this size tire I went with it from these guys. It's $50 off a set of 4 instantly and then it comes with a $70 mail in rebate.
Total came out to about $840 with tax, minus the rebate will come out to $770 for a set of 4... I think that's a great deal for these tires
Not sure about prices on their other tires but it might be worth it to check them out.

Wow great price, did you purchase? If so, what do you think of the tires?

I did about a month and a half ago and they're STILL on backorder. Apparently this is common with 4WP. I'm about to cancel my order and go a new route if I don't get any news.

I saw on another thread here that that tire was being discontinued. You would think 4WP would at least contact you about it. Sucks!

Yeah I'm not impressed with their customer service. I've been calling to get updates every week but they don't really have any info and just say that they're on national backorder. I'll have to dig into if they're discontinued... I haven't heard about that. I know in spring everyone thought they were discontinued but really bfg just needed to change something with an additional badge on the sidewall to be approved in Europe... Or something like that. But then they started making them again.
I might just cancel my order and try out some maxxis bighorns in that size

Yeah I think they are only discontinued for the 255/85/16 size. Discount Tire Direct still has that tire in other sizes. Sucks that the choices for 255s is so limited.

Yeah, it seems like this size is slowly gaining popularity so hopefully they will start manufacturing more I just don't know about the 16" wheel variety. Seems more are offered for 17" wheels. I just heard dick cepek just came out with a tire in this size so might have to check that out
