    Pressure washing gets it off my house (vinyl siding). I would imagine some kind of mild solvent would remove it if the pressure washer doesn't do it. Try rubbing alcohol on a rag maybe. Be careful of the paint.

    My 2010 had it.. On all the moldings. I did a dilute bleach and scrubbed with Dawn dish detergent. And it took some off.. Not a lot.. After that I just waxed it and it didn't seem to get any worse
