MT stuff, RTT stuff, the usual.
400W anytime, 110v outlet in cab, and dual constant hot USB ports.

Yeah, I'm shopping for floor liners now. I had some on my '08 taco and when I pulled 'em up the floor was just as clean as the day I got it. I'm just glad I don't have to re-live the nightmare of installing another stereo.

What are some other basic things I could do to start out? I've heard that I should immediately do a K&N air filter, is this true?

    No.

The K&N is about noise and convenience. No real benefit otherwise. I have the K&N Air Charger (Cold Air Intake) on my truck. Put it on at about 800 miles. It's much louder now at high RPMs. Otherwise I saw no other differences.

My suggestion would be tires as your first mod. The OEM tires on the gen 2 Tacomas weren't that great by most folk's comments.

I run the stock OEM air filter and have no complaints. The K&N is a personal choice depending on the environment you drive in. A few of the first things I added were window tint & seat covers.

LOL Maybe we should. I'm also considering the Sport Mirror upgrade. Figure it'll cost about $200 to add the white mirror covers and the turn light assemblies thanks to some input from another TW member.

Did the locker anytime mod today. It's the second time I've done it and only took about 30 minutes from start to finish.

Did my own LED hood light. Not too bad a job on making the wiring get look like OEM.

Added two 7" led light bars in the bumper, wiring them to an oem FJ aux switch hopefully tomorrow.

It comes on automatically as you pop the hood. It's activated by a pin switch.

Please report back on this. I'm considering a similar set up and would love to hear how it goes. Also - do you have a part number on the aux switch?

Hey y'all. I'm shopping for a new set of wheels. I currently run a p265/70r16 bfg rugged trail t/a I'm wanting to go up to a 17 inch rim on bfg muddy terrain k/a. What's the biggest tire I can run on a 17 inch rim on stock suspension?
