True, just trying to minimize upfront investment I guess.. Anyone know of a write up on the extended axel install?

 

You need to pull the axles apart anyway to install the longer shafts so it's not much more work. No issues leaving them in with a lt kit.

 

True, maybe I should just get a spindle lift, some wheel spacers, front glass and a metal mulisha stickers instead.

 

Aren't axles like another $150 or so, or are they more for a 2nd gen?

I'm prepared to do this for the stance.

 

The next person to say "stance" is getting pistol whipped

 

When you go to install the shafts just undo the 2 lower bolts holding the lower arm to the spindle and you can swing the spindle and upper arm out of the way to get the assembled axle shaft in.

 

Why not get a spacerlift up front, crank your coils down, remove a leaf or two in the rear. Stance.

 

Yea tcs are more than that. I think Dirt King is around 500 though. I get it guys its an expensive hobby, but nothing wrong with building a little as I go right?

Where's that thread of the guy that wanted to install LT but use OEM shocks until he could afford LT shocks...

 

You can't compare the two.. Thanks for the input guys, your truck is going to be sweet if your LTing your 15 supercharged 4x4. Did you do get the Camburg kit? Are the axels interchangeable (tc, camburg, dirt kings)?

 

I can't wait. Yes, Camburg kit sitting in the garage...unsure about interchangeable axles...just gonna go with what Camburg recommends for their kit
