I got a Three-For-One stop during lunch today... If I had a few more minutes, I could have snapped a few more.

is this a civil or criminal case? Can we find that it is more probable than not that he is an asshole?

More evidence is required. Women are not to be trusted, as they react emotionally and draw all over the road in the chalk at the lightest perceived slight.

Seeing that the motorcycle is indeed parked legally and (in fact) adequately covered for weather conditions, we need to consider the following additional facts before we can reach true asshole conclusions. Note that a "yes" answer to any one constitutes an acceptable "asshole" verdict.
    1. Does he fail to return tools that he borrowed in a clean, dry, and serviceable state?
    2. Does he fail to operate his motor vehicle in a safe and responsible manner?
    3. Does he fail to ensure he is bringing the requisite number of items (or less) to the express checkout lane?
    4. Does he text during movies?
    5. Is his other vehicle a Jeep with an upside-down bumper sticker that reads "IF YOU CAN READ THIS FLIP ME OVER"?

    Too few to list.
Some people just dislike the fact that motorcycles are taking up a parking space even if there was no motorcycle specific space. I've seen some drivers specifically drive closer to the dividing lines so motorcycles can't pass through. Disgruntled car drivers I guess.

Driving a motorcycle between lanes in reckless endangerment in most states.

I don't see how this is warranted... Where's a motorcycle supposed to park in that instance?

Wait, is that a Google'd pic????

No, I took the pic last week at an apartment complex I was working at.

I figured ppl would see the humor in it since it's pretty ridiculous for someone to do this. Apparently I posted in the wrong thread.

EDIT: and by "do this" I mean draw outlines and derogatory words in chalk around a legally parked motorcycle.

I just need to vent about parking. Our city is trying to sell the parking department to a private business. They want to make the business charge for parking permits to park on the street and then have the business pay the city. So far, no business has come forward. We live near a college so we have to have a permit to park on the street. The city continues to issue expired parking permits that expired at the end of 2013 and 2014 as current parking permits. Last night around 21:30, a Police Officer wrote everyone on my street an illegal parking ticket, stating that our permits were expired. We called the police department and they are looking into it now.

How could one person write over 20 tickets for expired parking permits on the same street and not stop to ask himself why everyone's parking permits are expired? Every car had a ticket on it. Every car. How? Why?

Because you and your neighbors elected idiots to your city council. The cop was doing his/her job. It isn't his responsibility to make the city do things logically or appropriately.

Ultimately, that officer citing so many people might actually be what finally gets everyone's problems solved. So you should probably thank that officer. Now the residents will actually be pissed enough to actually complain to the city about its stupidity.
