We are currently working on one now. Having issues converting this file to a different for the plasma. Let me know if you have better luck with the conversion and we can try it here.

I would like this to be an open platform that we can offer to all. That is what this form is about. Not looking to make money from this, just want everyone to have access to a great product!

(Apologies to @nat for failing on providing my mod info, his product is amazing and hopefully more of the community can enjoy his design)

#334 - See Photo of Access Cab Modification on Full panel.

If anyone gets to the point of production or wants input on changes that were made for the full length panel to fit in my Access cab...send a PM and I will take the measurements and photos of where i had to cut/grind for fitment. Overall not to difficult to mod the original design...just be cleaner to have design cuts made at point of production.

This is sweet. Any chance you could design it with a cutout for the OEM JBL sub?

Still having software issues. I'm looking at purchasing a new program soon. Hopefully that will help out.

Just out of curiosity (I have my panel already), are you guys going to produce versions with pre-drilled holes? I think if you could offer these up with pre-drilled holes and the option for the JBL cutouts, (maybe even a painted/powder coated/annodized version) you could sell a bunch of these with some basic advertising and/or group buys on the various forums.

I know the design I've come up with has all the holes pre-drilled, but we're trying to workout some software bugs that are hindering me transferring what I've drawn on one program to someone else who can actually manufacture it. slowly but surely its being worked on. I don't have JBL, so izou have dimensions and details you can PM me with, I can try designing other models, but it will be up to the person I send it to on how many different prototypes he wants to make.

Yeah, if you want my dimensions that I used to have a local shop cut out for my JBL sub, I'll dig those up and send them to you or anyone else who is interested. They'd be off a 2010 TRD Sport model. Doubt there is much difference in the measurements for the JBL from year to year, TRD or otherwise.

For anyone else interested, here are the details I sent to the local shop that cut my panel for my JBL. They did a perfect job using my provided info. Sucks the JBL setup takes up more than half the width, but this panel still rocks. :rockband:
Click the pics for a larger version and you can see the cut off points I marked up with a red marker.

It looks like it would be best to just not make the cuts in the bottom left half and trim after bent. This would make the overall process easier.

Yeah I had to disappears for a bit. My wife (avatar pic babe) had a cancer scare then was nearly killed in an auto accident. Had a few months of craziness and put all my projects on hold.

It was a bunch of projects:

    Rear Molle panel
New Molle panel only my truck has
    Tacoma bed widget
    4Runner Molle Panel
4Runner rear light and antenna mount
    Roof top tent accessory

Then all my other side inventions for real work.

Well first of let me say welcome back. The words "scare & nearly" insinuates that she is okay now. That is what is important.

There was never any plans to make money off of your design, if you read back you can see where I insisted that we wait until we could confirm with you that it was okay. We never heard anything so we went forward with the plan to try and mimic your design and offer it to others that were not able to purchase your products before you disappeared.

I will cease and desist with any further movement on this project if that is what you wish. I would like to offer the ability to produce these items in varying locations to reduce shipping cost if you would be interested in that.

With all that said, it is good to see you back and I'm glad your wife is okay.
If you have any questions please feel free to PM me.
