That I do not know. I have not got my Tacoma yet. The dealer is working a trade for one today.

If its close to the same location as the 05-12 then the oil filter is a breeze to get to.

As stated you need to get the SR5 4 cyl for the Sand color. Profile pics for Sand SR5 w/ Conv. package.

I've never been a "I hate chrome" person. But I think this is one case where the truck looks better without the chrome accents.

When I tried out the 2015 and at the time, was trying to be frugal, I would have bought a 4 cylinder except for the 4 speed auto.....if only it had a five speed
The Sand is a nice natural color. I don't know how appealing it is in the city, but it fits right in the country. Am waiting for Toyota to make a darker version...call it "mud". It would sell like hot cakes here.

It's too bad you can't get the black alloys on the SR5. They would look good on that Quicksand.

Does anybody have a DC 4 cylinder yet? I want to know how those beasts get down.

People in this thread seem to not realize you can change the color of bumpers, trim, chrome, etc.

    Protip: You can.

Then, I'm my humble opinion, they should stop complaining about it.

Don't knock Toyota for not catering to the unique preferences of literally every individual. This is why there's an aftermarket world.

Here's 3 posts from this page alone.

I'm not talking shit, I'm defending Toyota. If you don't like Toyota's choice in trim color, wheel options, etc... then change it! Toyota can't cater to everyone's opinions. Not even yours.

My point was that they make a black alloy wheel for the SR and a silver alloy wheel for the SR5, but Toyota won't let you choose between the two. It's stupid.

So I take it by your post count and extremely defensive behavior that you're the sherif 'round these parts. Fun.

I agree wholeheartedly. But we can change that pretty easily. My favorite color combo would be quicksand/black16's myself.

I'll let the written record speak for itself.

For what it's worth, I find your posts helpful. And your double-cab build is very similar to what I'd like to get. There's no sense in starting an e-battle here, but I'm not one to crawl into any Tumbler holes to hide either. I stated my opinion, and defended it. I can sleep well knowing that haha

Thanks bud, now where were we...

Yes. I like the 4cyl. I'll be buying one soon. Then I can post up my opinions more accurately. That is all.
