Sometimes it needs to happen, bro. Customer service slips sometimes, and while it's no reason to rage...when it becomes apparent that it is the norm around that place, then its fine to rage.

So I just called whatever muffler shop is right there in Concord by the refinery, to get my headers installed...got a "uhhhhhhh uhhhhhhhhh uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh we can do uhhhhhhhhh uhhhhhhhh $600"...I said 'Ok, thank you' and hung up....F that noise, I'll pull them myself and have someone weld the cats up for me. I was hoping to avoid that, but I guess I better learn to pull headers now. Anyone know a good shop that can weld it all up for me?

I got a charge about 10 min ago for $57 from them. I called to ask what it was for. My bill is closed out already and paid.

They had no logical reasoning. So i asked that it be removed she told me "no". So i told her i will charge back as soon as it posts and then report them as i did not approve that charge. She quickly jumped to "we will refund you". I asked for that in writing to which she told me "no....". *Click*

So I am trying to self diagnose this vibration. Any insight?

Have a vibration up front that I can't track down. Everything is tight and torqued. Wheels just got balanced. They put the newer fire on the front driver side I noticed. It used to be on the back. I have spacers on and they're torqued properly as well. It feels more driver side specific. The driver side CV boot is blown and opened. I don't know if this can cause a motion vibration like I am having. I can feel it in the wheel, feels like the wheel might eventually come off.

I'm thinking of taking it back and having them rebalance and see what they think. I have the V8 AWD. That's why I have no idea if the newer tire could cause that issue or not being AWD. It's only between 65-75 and not constant. It'll come and then go away at 70 then come back.

I'm also wondering about inner tie rod ends. Everything else is replaced. I guess I'll be throwing a new CV in this weekend. And hope that does it. 135k miles on OEM. That'll do pig, that'll do.

Could have given me a ring when you were planning to do the swap. If it was a time when I was available would have been glad to help.

The grease is 100% the CV boot. Coilover is fine.

Have you checked nitrogen pressure? Bad shock seal doesn't mean leaking shock.

Have not. It's not acting like a blown shock/coilover so I honestly haven't given it thought. I also don't have a nitro gauge.

Also the vibration is like an unbalanced wheel. It shakes the steering wheel while driving.

I'm really guessing its the CV. No grease plus a flap in the rubber now, once that thing starts spinning its gotta be unbalanced as fuck and throws your steering wheel around
