MT stuff, RTT stuff, the usual.
Bought a newish 2015 DCSB recently with 3kish miles on it. Carfax showed it was originally sold 7/3/15, traded in mid Oct. I bought it about a week later.

Went to use an add a fuse for constant hot USB ports, and modify the relay for constant hot 12v outlets. When I pulled the door cover off, I noticed some T-Taps and two screws in the area.

Any idea on what was installed there? I was thinking maybe a remote start, or an alarm???

Alarm that the dealer put on to try and sell to the first buyer was removed.

Yep that's an alarm/remote start install, hastily done with taps instead of solder. Not sure how the screws fit in tho, could be unrelated. Do you have aftermarket remote start or alarm? Looks like it was all removed to probably not.

This. These things are so annoying.

OP, I am curious what you paid if you don't mind a PM. I bought mine new in JUL and it has 3K on it. I am contemplating a trade.

There is a plug-in that mounts there and at the dealer they have a module plugged in that blinks and they tried to sell me the KARR alarm which I refused.
Now I still have the plug-in with a clip plugged in that bypasses everything. My 2010 had the same and I had them remove it when they installed Blue-Tooth.
If I can find the wiring diagram to this I want to remove this from my 2015.

Extremely! My truck arrived late on a Thursday and they knew I was coming to buy it early Friday morning.
They must install these right as it comes off the truck.
