Actually I was following some else's write up somewhere on TW that I ran across. I'll see if I can find that thread for you. The basic process was open a garage door opener thats already programmed. Find the leads for the button and solder two wires to it. Mine had 4 contacts and I went through trial and error before I found the two that would work. I used this button from flea bay. I used some old cat5 wire that I had laying around. The whole thing probably only took me about 15 minutes to do. I didn't take pics along the way, but here's one I took for you of the back side....

That happened to mine as well - mine is very badly rusted! I'd love to switch it out myself I just haven't got around to it!

I was doing some Christmas shopping and came across a chip on eBay that promises 85hp and 25mpg! Best part, it only cost $17! That's better gains than my TRD supercharger, so naturally I have to try it out. Stay tuned.

I think I'm just going to go with the OME's because then everything is the same. As for the UCA's, that's going to depend on the negotiations with the money manager.

How do you like this jack? Where you able to get the truck up onto the stands without having to use wood blocks? I have been looking at their jacks lately. My 2 1/4 ton craftsmans works, but I have to use alot of blocking to get the truck off the ground with its 15" max lift height.

I have the same one as him and have had it for 3 years. Lifted my s10, my tahoe, and my tacoma just fine. Although i lost the screw for the handle halfs. .. but thats an easy fix. Lifts the tacoma at stock ride height high enough, as for purchasing, wait for a coupon in the newspaper or subscribe for their coupons.
