That's so close. We will see what happens when you are aired down and hit that right angle to scrub that fender.

PS. I really don't belong here either cause 34s but the good info kept me.

I know im going to hit the firewall and cab mount. Im cool with it. rubbing is wheeling. I have a significant amount of trimming to do on the rear fenders still.

Still though, your build is fapworthy for sure. Pretty stoaked to see what Deaver does for you with the new pack. You may just be what I need to see to finally go SUA.

my big reason is the snorkel hose that was exposed...and for those non-snorkels, it would help keep shit from flying up by your intake...plus there's less to clean now :)

Hahaha all I could picture was him waving his hand across my face and slowing saying " rubbing IS wheeling" and after a long pause of us staring at each other, me saying "yeah that shit doesn't work on me."

Let me know how that works out for you. :D

If you want to figure out where you're rubbing do this.

Pretty sure the cracks in my inner fenders came from that.

I know I haven't actually put 35's on yet but I am just prepping for it. It may not be the "right way" or perfect by any means but I feel comfortable with the results of the way that I cut my fenders. In total I removed 2.25-2.75" all around

I put my fender flares on to get the curve of the outside line. I measured from the outside line to the inside edge of the fender well, splitting the measurement to make a comparable, but lesser, curve. I measured 1/2" out from there to create a lip to fold under:
    20151028_144001_zpsbxx6zsq3_e2ebf49b357b8092884ba74739e17626f6a81dd4.jpg

The first pic is the main cut and the second is the cuts to allow the lip to fold under around the curves.

I didn't realize that the photo was fuzzy but this was supposed to be a shot of it after the cuts were folded under:
