The truck is a week old so little tire wear. Had it at discount yesterday and even they said its defective with that much weight. They got it balanced with 6oz too but said I would still feel it. They were right.

Open a warranty claim with Dunlop or whoever is the OEM provider. If you got it done at Discount, ask them to call and file a claim. You get a new tire if the claim is valid (I don't see why it wouldn't be). If the OEM approves of the claim, I'd push for replacement of all 5 tires. Pay for the difference if upgrading to a better tire :).

All this time I thought it prevented proper punctuation and unstructured sentences. Who'd have thought it kept water out?

No problem. Does your VIN start with a 5?

It does. I guess I don't care either way where it is built. As long as it's a Tacoma when I drive it off the lot.

I saw a documentary on TV a few years ago that showed the Dodge Hemi engine plant in Mexico and it looked very state of the art.

    Mine was!

Although being in Texas won't most of the workers on an assembly line be of Mexican decent anyways?

Well, they just tried to road force balance it and were not able to get it within specs so it turns out the tire was defective. New one doesn't arrive until Friday but I don't have any hwy trips before then. Dealer came through. If you've got an OR on the way check to see how much weight is on there for balancing.

Probably be bigger problems if that ever comes to fruition.
