I tried that as well and they had me send pictured of my tire lift on the truck. They said it was put on correct and they have never heard of some of the issues I am having. BUT oddly enough if I get on here a lot of people have seen these issues.

Do you have a spec sheet from when the alignment was done?

    K. just checking. Most people have issues getting a good alignment with stock ucas and a 3 inch lift. Its to earlier to be the needle bearing on your truck so IDK if its not the drive shaft and your sure its not the wheels and tires.

Trucks brand new. shouldn't be the diff bushing. That takes time to wear.

    All the mods
Aftermarket UCAs are required for a proper alignment for anything over 2.5" lift in the front.

I went over every component with the Toyota guy who has been doing it for 40 years he said. He said only thing it could be would be carrier bearing.. so we start there

my truck instantly did it when i lifted... had all of 9k miles on it.

Either way OP if you think its the CB, go to the hardware store, get two longer metric bolts of the proper size, and some fender washers, that away you can play with what height of cb drop works best. Took about a half inch on mine.

Did it make the same noises and vibrations? What did it cost to fix and did warranty cover anything?

warranty will not cover it.... East coast gear supply has the bushing for 60 bucks, i made the puller tool and replaced it myself in about an hour n a half.

Ok well I have already ordered the Drop kit and will install and go from there. If that doesn't work then its back to the drawing board and will try what you have suggested. It originally sounded like it was coming from the front but now it is getting louder and sounds more rear.

    If being sacastic... :)

If not I disagree. Not directed at you, but many on here don't know much of anything yet seem so eager to offer advice.
Contacting the seller could lead him to a solution as I'm sure these issues are quite common. This also makes it so his communication is limited to a select few vs. a shit ton of people saying "try this and try that" even if the "this" and "that" isn't even related to the issue at hand. Also I suggest discussing the matter over the phone vs. typing this shit out. So much is lost in communication through typing.

I stand corrected, the comp he bought from is no help. In this case the forum is maybe his best bet.

And my wife said I can't admit it when I'm wrong... I sure showed her
