Eneos Oil

I went to my local toyota dealer today and saw some new oil that i had never seen. It was called Nippon Oil's Eneos synthetic.

I researched it online and it seems to be very good stuff.

Anyone ever use it?

 

Great oil, but expensive. I think a little bit more than Royal Purple. But it does seem to work. I have a 97 civic with a typeR swap...it seems to pull even harder. MPG seem to have gone up a bit too...from 27-28mpg to about 30mpg. It's getting or is popular with the tuner crowd (JDM).

 

The Honda dealer uses that for my dad's pilot. Only cost 35 bucks for an oil change and filter. And I believe they wash his pilot now?

 

Shit, what dealer does your dad go to? I'll start taking my Pilot there from now on!

 

Hell if I could get this stuff for $35 with a filter, I would surely do it. From what it looks like the dealers around here want $10 a qt.

 

Cerritos Honda I think. I'll ask him today where and what they charges.
