If you are north of the city, parking at Welling Station in Medford is pretty convenient. And I think the service goes to 1:30am? Check on that though.

If it's a late show, you might want to consider the T over the commuter rail. The T runs later than the Commuter Rail. You'll have to either take a cab, take a decent walk, take the T and walk or take the T and make a transfer. Or, just the T in on the Red Line, no transfers.

Red stops running at 1am, another good reason for that versus Commuter

 

I forget the stop off my head but the Red is actually a straight shot into there and you're right across the street from the O. I usually drive in for shows but never for that venue.
