Changed a flat tire that I luckily found when I left my driveway.

I just herniated a disc on Monday so a pump jack and my impact wrench made it much easier to change, including @loosnut s method of placing the tire on your legs to get it into position. Definitely wasn't easy due to the pain but I know if i got it on the highway or something and needed to use my hi lift and lug wrench, I'd be fucked.

Swapped the headlights out on the 00 I just bought. I now know why my headlight filler piece never stayed in... I always though it was the black clip on the end that held them on. I've been wrong this whole time and never knew it! Here's the piece that keeps it in

Gave the throttle body a good cleaning along with the IAC valve. Not bad considering it has 176K. The intake looked pretty clean although I ran sea foam about 1 month ago through the pcv. Also changed the plugs while I was at it. 60K on the iridiums and thank god I did. Two plugs electrodes were almost completely worn. Suprised I didn't get a miss fire. Went with NGK double ground platinums.

Noticing from day to day my truck has a lack of power and intermittent poor warm starts. No cel. Searched my symptoms and temp sensor could be culprit. Anyone agree?

Edit: gas milage also goes down intermittently

Mine are like that too. They're wider than the top but narrower than the thickest part of the truck. It makes it so I can carry surfboards or kayaks side by side.

That's a BruteForce Fab bumper, he makes them for but they are still unlisted on his web page.

Well it didn't happen tonight, damn bracket that gets welded to the frame is to big. Gonna have to cut it down to size so it can get a better weld. Sucks because it won't be probably till Thursday that I get it on

    See previous post :pout:

Bruteforce like previously answered. Billy is a great guy to deal with if you can get a hold of him haha. But if you call him he typically picks up. Just leave him some voicemails and be usually calls back quickly. 1 man shop so

Quick question, since my frame horns are already cut off, could I still mount the bumper on the 8 bolts until I get the end caps welded or not? Not a big deal if I can't just curious

I had my bumper bolted on just the side flanges for a while. It will probably rattle a little, but maybe not with no winch.
