This is kind of a two part question but they are both related to the same thing.
First off, I have this yellow wire plugged into a spot in my fuse box that powers my supercharger coolant pump and I would like to know what fuse hole your wire is plugged into. It's very confusing because I have followed the wire and I believe it to be going to the coolant pump but if I unplug the wire and try to turn on the car it will throw a check engine light with a mass airflow sensor code. Doesn't make sense to me? image.jpg
The second part that's bothering me is that this wire used to be ran into the fuse location right above where it is in this picture and it worked fine. But after I disconnected it one time to plug in the wire for my Air/fuel gauge that top location no longer works. As a result I moved it to the middle location.. The pump functions properly now and I don't get any check engine lights. However, ever since I have swapped it over it seems like the coolant pump runs constantly as long as the key is in the "run" position. Maybe it is has always done this and I just haven't noticed but it definitely is kind of strange. IIRC it used to only run for about 3 seconds when I turned the key to the run position and then it would turn off and then it would not turn back on until I actually turned the engine on. Hopefully someone else with the supercharged Tacoma can chime in and help me out with these two issues

If I look directly into those three spots in the fuse box it appears that the middle fuse location is the only one that has metal prongs that would make contact with the fuse. So I don't know how the fuse was working when it was plugged into the top location to begin with?

Awesome, well that takes care of that question. Now, where do you have your power wire ran?

And why does it throw a MAF code when I inplug it? That doesn't make sense to me

One other point is that yellow wire should be on the rear end side of the fuse not the front end side to see protection from the fuse. This has no bearing on your issues though.
