I ordered procomp spline lug nuts as there were suggested by the company that sold my wheels to me.

Which haven't shipped after 5 business days...

    Dang you 4WheelParts.com!

I have had a lot of problems in the past with 4Wheel/parts. In fact I won't even order through them anymore .

Just wrote an email to them explaining my frustration. Still no ship notification this evening like I was promised. I thought perhaps I should log in and check their site before I look like an idiot.

It shows that my product has shipped and has four UPS tracking numbers (hopefully the lug kit is in a wheel box). Glad I checked. Even so a five business day turn around from order to ship is.... sad? Plus they didn't follow through with what they said they'd do the first time.

Hopefully everything shows up in new condition so I don't have to deal with anything else.

Are they on back Order? The wheels I just ordered won't be available to ship for 4 weeks.

I would vote for either of the first two, though would like them better with a polished or brushed aluminum ring vs 100% black.

If you do get vibration it probably will be very minimal, any mods even somethin such as wheels and tires you will notice a difference from being stock.

I got fuel vapors. All black wheel ordered from carid received in two weeks. Sent me the wrong lug nuts then fed me a line of shit saying they were correct. But in the end love the wheels.20151031_134224.jpg

    Yes.
I got the method double standards on my truck from 4 wheel parts. I had a great experience, which I guess is a rarity after reading what the other guys had to say... They came in two days and I had great service. But before you order them make sure you call your local store because method actually makes a "Tacoma" model that is hub centric I believe. The guy at my 4 wheel parts said they only do a few and you have to special order them. So there's that. Hope it helps, I love my methods so far!

My wheels fit perfectly nice and snug over the lip on the hubs didn't have to use the rings that they sent.

Not aware of hub-centric methods...They go with bigger bore sizes to fit Chevy 6 lugs as well. At least that was the case with their race series 105 beadlocks when I purchased mine.

If you use an extended thread lug nut and install them properly you shouldn't have issues with a lug-centric style wheel.

I didn't get any vibrations and I have a heavy tires on them. While the truck was jacked up try to wobble the tire as I'm tightening the lug nuts star pattern. Get them tight. Drop the truck then torque them to 80 in a star pattern all around then 90 star pattern all around. Then check them when ever I wrench on my truck and before a trip off road(It's on my pre off road check list). That's just what I do.

After waiting a while and looking at other Tacomas with Methods I ordered the 16" Double Standards, but 16" Method NVs showed up to my house lol. It's a long story, but I only paid $560 shipped to my house for all 4 and decided to keep them. They grew on me and I love them now.

You need to get some Acorn/Tapered Lug nuts too.
