Well a buck ran out in front of me on my way home from work tonight.

    My estimate is it needs
    -New headlight (the brackets broke)
-New bumper cover (bumper beam looks ok)
    -New grill
    -New passenger side fender
    ~maybe a new fog light

Hood looks ok. Radiator core support looks ok, bumper beam is fine. AC line got pushed back about an inch but looks ok.

Cherokee county toyota's body shop will have a visitor in the morning.

Deer ran off into the woods.

X2! Consider this your lucky day! You should be able to get a nice aftermarket bumper along with fixing everything else with that payout!

Thats the main reason i got the bull bar.

I hit a deer a few years back with my 92 toyota pick-up, dead center about 40 mph. Hit it and ran it over, instant kill. Luckly I had the push bar on that truck. Only damage was the left side front fender, minor dent. but if not for the push bar it would of easliy looked worse than mwild's photos. They may not protect everything, but it is added protection.
It also helped when i rear-ended a nissan. messed up his trunk and lights, i just pulled the push bar back in place.

Haha yeah I'm definitely gonna get a color matched grill.

Update: just popped the bumper out a little and taped the headlight in straight with some packaging tape lol since I will be driving it until the parts get it in. Foglight is fine it suffered no damage. headlights and fog lights still work..except the fog is pointing off at an angle.

No aftermarket bumper and no bull bar. I can't fit the truck in the garage with a bull bar.

Those deer sure are razilliant, & bounce right back like nothing happened or they didn't even feel it. Meanwhile your standing there on the side of the road looking at your ride saying WTF...
    They are everywhere here.

Bummer man. I think most people in my part of the country have hit at least one deer on the highway.

Political correctness and anti-hunting tree huggers have quadrupled the quantity of deer running around. Shoot the sucker I say:D. Ohhh, they are SOOO cute....

This is what happened to my friends '07 TRD OR when he hit a wild horse doing about 30mph.

yep they are. He took off running into the woods. My drive home from work is all back roads. For everyone who lives around here, It happened on E. Cherokee Dr right in front of the Waste Management Pine Bluff Landfill entrance. Its a windy "mountain" road lots of trees and not much development.

That isn't bad at all. It's all cosmetic, bolt-on stuff. It'll be a pain in the ass, but your truck won't be any worse afterward!
