    The Whiners need to clean house. All of it. Nuke it from orbit and start over.

    Never thought I'd say this, but take a clue from the next-door Raiders. Get a good GM, clean house, start over after the pain of the cap is past.

    Get a stud oline and some pass rush, and a young QB that's actually a QB rather than a Muppet with the football IQ of a cockateel. Grow as a team. Draft and develop.

    This takes a multi-year commitment. It is not fast.

    It only took the Seahawks 2 years. And they stayed competitive in those two, one division champ at 7-9 but they won a playoff game that year (beast quake.) In 2010 the Seahawks made 284 roster transactions. In 2011, 218 more. Churn through players until you find talent.
