will do and thanks for the advice. from what I have read so far was exactly what you said. so I will remove one of my skid plates for now because that damn sway bar rubs it a tiny bit. when my new aftermarket suspension goes in I'll remove sway bar while under there and get the skid back up.

I'd pull them and clean them and start over if it's bothering you. I think you run the risk of breaking a head by trying to tighten them further once it cures.

In that case I probably won't mess with them. As long as they're staying tight I'm not worried about it. Thanks.

Any specific kit or hoses you guys recommend for redoing some vacuum lines?

I bought mine by the foot at Advance Auto, much cheaper than packaged. Ended up using damn near every size on the rack to replace them all.
Best i can say is look under the hood and start measuring pieces, add them up as well as the different diameters and ask the counter dude to cut you some lengths, get extra. Measure inside diameter. Fuel line can be used for the bigger diameters if needed.

Are the frames similar on a ext cab and a four door? I'm trying to see if I can find a 3 link kit for a four door but none of the ones I find seem to denote either or. Just that it works on 1995-2004.

I know reg cabs have shorter frames and it doesn't mention anything about that either lol

got my second skid plate removed. sway bar was really mashing into it. gonna get my aftermarket front suspension sooner then later now. I could use washers to allow the skid plate to hang a bit lower but I'm not gonna eat into my clearance due to a lame sway bar.

Boxed the frame and did the chevy 63" swap with ruff stuff kit and ballistic joints. Also ordered 4.5" bumpstops and bilstein 14" travel 5125's.
